Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using the Verified Prompts software ("Extensions") or Service.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using Verified Prompts (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software.

A. Free License

The Free version allows for personal use with daily usage limits (10 enhancements/day) and limited model access (Model "Mini").

B. Pro License (Lifetime)

The Pro License allows for unlimited personal or commercial use on up to five (5) devices owned or controlled by you. You may not share your license key publicly or resell it to third parties.

3. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS & LIMITATIONS

Verified Prompts relies on WebGPU technology, which is hardware-dependent.

• Hardware: You are responsible for ensuring your device has a compatible GPU (most modern laptops/desktops from 2020+).
• Software: You must use a supported browser (Chrome 113+, Edge 113+, Brave) with hardware acceleration enabled.
• Models: The AI models require significant local storage (~1GB) and RAM. We are not responsible for performance issues on outdated hardware.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

A. Our IP

The Software, including its code, logic, interface, and "TACO-RL" prompt optimization algorithms, is the property of Verified Prompts and is protected by copyright laws.

B. Your IP

You retain full ownership of any prompts you input and any enhanced outputs generated by the Software. We claim no rights over your creations.

5. USE RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Use the Software to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Bypass the license verification mechanism.
• Redistribute the extension file (.crx) or model weights without permission.

6. PAYMENT & REFUNDS

All payments are processed securely via Gumroad. We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for the Pro License. If the software does not work for you or you are unsatisfied, contact support@verifiedprompts.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT THE AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE. AI MODELS CAN HALLUCINATE OR GENERATE BIASED CONTENT; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING ALL OUTPUTS BEFORE USE.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL VERIFIED PROMPTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

9. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

Verified Prompts interacts with third-party sites (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). We are not affiliated with these companies. Changes to their interfaces may temporarily break our integration. We commit to providing "best effort" updates to maintain compatibility.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
